Epic Saturday brunches that will totally be the highlight of your weekend!
We secretly believe that Saturday brunches were invented so we don’t have to take an extra day off to recover from it. Nonetheless, bless the genius that came up with this idea. Brunches that fall on a Saturday may be scarce in Singapore – many restaurants do Sunday brunches or happy hour deals on weekdays but we’ve found some delish gems. So gather you drink buddies and clink to these Saturday brunches that offer everything from free-flow Champagne and craft cocktails to copious amounts of incredible food!

Zafferano piles on classic Italian favourites, antipasti, pasta and even a dessert bar at the Italian table Saturday Champagne brunch. Of course, no Italian meal is complete with a glass of wine but if you’re in the mood for bubbly, Champagne is your answer.

In the drinks department, Skai’s beverage manager, Rusty Cerven concocts distinctive artisanal cocktails that aren’t your ordinary spirits-with-soda combos.
