There’s no time to sit around after you’ve snagged your tickets – here’s what you should totally prepare to have a killer time at the Singapore Grand Prix!

Raise your hands if you’ve already snagged your passes for the race weekend. The most exciting weekend of September is almost here and there’s zero time to waste. We’ve gone ahead and put together the ultimate guide to help you prepare for the Singapore Grand Prix. From playlist-making to outfit-planning, here’s what to do in advance for an incredible time at the FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2019.

Assemble your crew & plan your route

Who goes on the podium is important but putting together your own crew of family and friends is just as necessary. We’re talking BFFs and friends who love a good party and can dance with you all night! So you love F1 but wouldn’t call yourself an ardent follower? Bring along legit F1 fans who will be happy to explain all the race terms, fill you in on the news and point out the up-and-coming drivers as they turn the corner.

In terms of logistics, definitely plan your route – you know there’ll be a lot going on, so download the circuit map and the Singapore GP mobile app in advance, it’ll come in handy for sure!

What to wear?

Plan your OOTDs beforehand – we recommend warm weather staples like hats and sunnies for race day. Stylish and breezy festive wear is all the rage, and it might be a good plan to don something loose and flowy too! We’re all for bringing along a portable fan and an umbrella just in case. Do pack light though, it’ll make it easier to move through the many interesting zones in the circuit park.

Get concert-ready

Don’t forget to boomerang the F1 cars zip by, visit the SIA booth at the F1 Village and take part in interactive games like the Speed Challenge, photo booth with free prints and don’t forget to get your tribe to capture the scenes of your own race car simulator ride! Be sure to check out all the interactive games throughout the circuit park as well! On Sunday, if you’re in Zone 1, check out the Starting Grid presentation with loads of fabulous shots to take like the Drivers’ Parade and more! Plus, you’ll want to take pictures of the spectacular fireworks and the opening ceremony before the thrilling race officially begins! You’d wanna get all your winning shots and videos of the concert headliners too.
