What would you do in the name of love? This handsome Indian man named Jeevan gave up a finance job that paid him almost $2000 in a month so he could help with girlfriend at her hawker stall in Toa Payoh.

According to a report by Zaobao, 28-year-old Ji Jeevan set up a booth at stall no. 2 in Toa Payoh called the Li Na Fishball Noodle. The stall was named after his girlfriend, Melina.

The stall also went viral when Jeevan was the one who was featured as a seller during one of the stall’s operating hours.

According to the post from the stall’s Facebook page, their establishment is open from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm on weekdays while their operating hours on weekends are from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm

The report said that Jeevan was working as an investment banker for eight years, while his girlfriend was in the digital marketing industry.

Together, their salary was quite comfortable, but since Jeevan wanted to spend more time with his girlfriend, he quit his job and started the stall!

The same report said that he also liked to eat noodles since he was a child, and that’s why he chose to sell noodles at his stall.
