Nas Daily’s Girlfriend Wears Batik Top Made By S’pore Company

As far as fabric designs are concerned, nothing screams “Singapore” more than the Batik uniform worn by air stewardess from the Singapore Airlines (SIA).

Recently, Nas Daily’s girlfriend, Alyne Tamir, was seen in a top with prints resembling the iconic dress donned by our Singapore Girl.

Turns out, the eye-catching top was made by a homegrown company named Makerly SG, which specialises in tailoring Batik clothing.

Most people may associate Batik designs with traditional clothing like sarongs and kebayas. But Makerly SG broke this stereotype by incorporating Batik designs into modern wear like cropped and ribbon tie-back tops.
