New Signatures at Blue Jasmine
Embark on a gastronomic adventure through Thailand with Blue Jasmine’s new signature dishes, whipped up with no pork and no lard. The diverse flavours of classic regional specialties and street food staples are celebrated and neatly captured in the restaurant’s comprehensive a-la-carte menu of savoury starters, enticing soups and curries, hearty mains, and refreshing desserts.
Some of the new highlights include the Crispy Kang Kong ($13++), a new appetiser that is irresistibly crunchy and impossible to stop at one, and served with a tantalising sweet and sour tamarind chilli sauce topped with house-roasted peanuts. An alternative to the classic tom yum soup and just as fiery, the Tom Sapp Beef Soup ($24++) is an aromatic spicy broth that will surely rouse the appetite with generous portions of flavoursome beef chuck. Much-loved in households across southern Thailand, the Gaeng Som ($26++) highlights sea bass and half-ripe green papaya and beckons with its signature spicy and sour notes.
