According to Penang Foodie, Ric’s Burger first started as a night market stall specialising in burgers and shakes.
Musang King Durian Burger
Their Musang King durian burger patties are made from the flesh of Penang Musang King durians, mozzarella cheese, butter and double coated with eggs and breadcrumbs.
The patties are then deep fried till golden and crispy, before more cheese and durian flesh is melted into a paste to be spread in between the burger buns.
