From July 30 to September 13, 2019, The Fullerton Cake Boutique will be launching three new mooncake flavours on top of its collection of signature mooncakes.
Flavours to try
Here’s what to expect:
1. Bandung Snow Skin Mooncake
One of the three new flavours that will be launched is this pale pink, rose-scented Bandung Snow Skin Mooncake that bears a strong resemblance to our country’s well-loved bandung drink:
2. Ondeh Ondeh Snow Skin Mooncake
The second new flavour is this Ondeh Ondeh Snow Skin Mooncake that combines the familiar flavours of coconut, gula melaka and pandan that one can usually find in traditional ondeh ondeh:
3. Mixed Nuts with Dried Apricot Baked Mooncake
The final new flavour contains a mix of almonds, walnuts and pine nuts dotted with bits of dried apricot in fine baked pastry:

This mooncake combines the flavours of pandan and caramel-flavoured palm sugar:
4. The Fullerton Golden Custard Mini Mooncakes
This mooncake is made of a smooth butter pastry encapsulating sweet custard and savoury salted egg yolk:
5. White Lotus Seed Paste with Egg Yolk Snow Skin Mooncake
This mooncake consists of a salted egg yolk encased in smooth, white lotus seed paste:
With the exception of the Mixed Nuts with Dried Apricot Baked Mooncake that retails at S$64 for a classic box and S$74 for a premium box, the other mooncakes come in boxes of four each and retail at S$62 for a classic box and S$73 for a premium box.
